Willow Valley resort inventory is comprised of 59 individual units. Accommodations range from cabins, to studios, to chalets, to condos. Our cabins, available in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, are located in the heavily wooded areas on the mountain above our office. Our condominiums and chalets are available in efficiency, one or two bedrooms, and most overlook our golf course. All units are located on fully paved roads and driveways, with easy access to state maintained roads and local highways.

Rent a full week and receive a discount! We also offer a discount of 10% for all Military Veterans & active duty Military, as well as ASU parents and Alumni. *Please note:  Valid photo identification is required for all check-ins.

1 Nightly rates are available- *there is a two night minimum throughout the month of October.

 2 Weekly rate applies to Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday rentals ONLY.

Important Information, read prior to booking:

POLICIES:

Cancellations: You must notify the resort office of cancellation 7 days prior to your check in date. If less than 7 days notice is given then a charge of 30% of the pre-tax total or advanced deposit (which ever is greater) will be charged---non-negotiable. The resort cannot and does not guarantee any weather or road conditions and no refund will be given as a result of either.No Show: The premises will be reserved for the renter/guest until 9 pm of the scheduled arrival date. If renter has not checked in by this time or made prior arrangements with front office, the Agent shall have the right to cancel the reservation agreement and the cancellation charge shall be applied to the owner of the unit for compensation.No Pets Allowed: Our resort enforces a strict No Pets rule. *Exception is only made for service dogs. Notice to front office is required if a guest of the resort is bringing a service dog. Also note that the animal is not allowed to be kept on the premises unsupervised at any time. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.4X4 During Winter: We do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you’re staying during the winter months (November-- March). All of our resort roads are paved and kept clear as best as possible by resort staff by using appropriate equipment and means.A/C: Air conditioned units are available in our resort- if A/C is personally required please notify the office when making your reservation. 21 Years or Older: You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to our resort.Check-In Times: 4pm- 9pm. * If earlier or later check-in is needed you must contact front office prior to day of your check in to make arrangements.Check-Out Times: 8 am- 10 am. * If earlier or later check-out is needed you must contact the front office prior to your day of check out to make arrangements.Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit is taken at the time of check-in. MasterCard, Visa, Discover cards and cash are accepted. The security deposit is not a charge, but only a hold on funds- in case of damages, lost, stolen or destroyed resort property. The hold dissolves in generally 7-10 business days. If paid by cash, please allow three weeks for delivery of refund by mail.Damages/Lost Key(s): Occupant will be required to pay for a lost, damaged or stolen item either at check-out or after unit is cleaned/inspected. It is understood by the occupant(s) that any costs for damages, breakage, theft, loss, or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.Rules and Regulations: Occupant accepts responsibility for acts of their children, guests, and visitors. Occupant agrees to take all reasonable steps to see that all guests and visitors adhere to the rules and regulations and laws affecting the area, with the following rules being cited as exceptional importance: (a) No cooking on or throwing objects from deck or porch. (b) No shooting fireworks. (c) The occupancy of the premises and use of common areas and amenities shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as to not disturb the other residents. (d) No house parties. (e) No pets. (f) After 11 pm all occupants shall refrain from using their dishwasher, washer, or dryer and shall lower the volume of any electronic equipment so as to not disturb other residents. (g) Occupant agrees not to leave fires in the fireplaces unattended. (h) firearms are prohibited. (h) No loud noises; obnoxious, dangerous, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. (i) Use of personal fire-pits or campfires are prohibited on all resort property.Security: Occupant and guests understand that the Agent and Property Owner are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables, nor responsible for returning (by mail) any articles of any kind that were left in the unit. Occupant also agrees to keep the property locked at all times.Rental Escrow Account: In accordance with North Carolina statutes, all rental monies will be deposited by Agent in a federally insured trust account when applicable.Subletting or Assignment: Renter cannot sublet or assign this rental property without written consent of agent.Non-Liability and Indemnification of Owner’s Agent and Property Owner: Occupant agrees to indemnify and hold blameless the Agent and Property Owner from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney's fees, suits, claims, or demands, whether from loss of life, damage to personal property, or injury to the occupant, occupant’s agent, family, or guests entering the property or the building and grounds in which property is a part, unless the same was due solely to the willful act or negligence of the Agent or Property Owner.Right of Entry: Agent and his employees shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours for the purpose of making repairs or inspections.Default by Occupant: Occupant understands that upon violation of any conditions, agreements, restrictions, covenants, and obligations of this agreement, the Agent may terminate this agreement and enter the property by force or by statutory proceedings, in which case any and all monies paid by occupant to Agent will be forfeited by the occupant as liquidated damages in addition to, but not in lieu of, any right or remedy available under the law.Private Ownership: This property is privately owned and the right is reserved to refuse service to anyone without reason.The Management further reserves the right at all times to terminate tenancy of a guest for reasons the former shall deem objectionable and will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.Maximum Unit Capacity: Occupant understands that occupancy of a studio (efficiency) and a one bedroom unit is a maximum of four persons, a two bedroom is a maximum of six persons, and a three bedroom is a maximum of eight persons. Also, parking for each unit is limited to two vehicles.

Cabins : 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedrooms.

1 bedroom (Inventory 4): Sleeps 4 total; Private bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and wood burning fireplace.

2 bedroom( Inventory 6):Sleeps 6 total; 2 private bedrooms one with queen bed, other bedroom with two twin beds, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and wood burning fireplace.

3 bedroom (Inventory 5): Sleeps 8 total; 3 private bedrooms, one king bed, other two bedrooms have two twin beds each, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and wood burning fireplace. 

**Please note that most of our cabins do have exterior entryway stairs, as well as stairs inside the units that access the loft bedrooms. We do have wheelchair accessible cabins, please call to check availability.

Condos : 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom .

1 bedroom (Inventory 4): Sleeps 4 total; Private bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and wood burning fireplace.

2 bedroom (Inventory 20): Sleeps 6 total; 2 private bedrooms one with queen bed, second bedroom layout varies- either with two twin beds or with another queen bed, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and wood burning fireplace.
